A genuine French
There are no two opinions about what a brasserie should look like. Furniture, as we know it from Paris or Lyon, is one of them. In France there are corresponding antique markets. "So, six months before the opening of our brasserie, I and a colleague spent one night on the road to buy tables and chairs there early in the morning," recalls Felix Suhner. "A scout then drew my attention to the fact that he could still offer something very special: a ice cream trolley from around 1920. For this, we had to drive out to the countryside and pay cash for the precious item. The trip and the money we spent were worth it". Since the opening of the Brasserie in the Mürset Restaurants, this beautiful ice cream trolley has been an eye-catcher and a feast for the eyes in the restaurant: a genuine French.
